It went great. It was a big job. We liked the company and most of his contractors. We weren’t thrilled with the electrical contractor but other than that, we were happy with him timing wise. His work was excellent. It was high quality. He came at a certain time and left at a certain time each day. It was cleaned every day.

I’ve hired Regional Construction a couple of times. Most of the work was repairing decks but also included rebuilding my front steps and adding a railing. Daniel and his crew have always been dependable and professional and have done high quality work. The front steps and railing blend perfectly with the rest of the house (built in 1908). He lets me know when there are additional issues, shows me the problems, and discusses options/implications honestly and directly. Prices are reasonable. If I have further carpentry needs, he will be my first choice.

Daniel Regus was very prompt in responding to my request for quote as well as following up with any questions presented to him. The work proceeded smoothly as scheduled and was completed in two days. The workmanship was excellent and the cleanup was complete.

Overall it went well. Pricing was very close to estimate. Workers were clean and quiet, showed up everyday. We were very happy with the remodel.

Job was done well and close to on time with a few days delay. Hired again for work at my rental house and that project went perfectly.

Regional Construction LLC worked on my remodel of my single family home, projects included removing a load bearing wall, replacing with a laminated beam, kitchen remodel, fireplace install and 3 bathrooms. I am happy with the work performed, Daniel was professional and competent, always consulting with me on my intentions and cleaning up the job site at the end of the day.

We hired Regional Construction to rebuild our second story decks and also install a waterproofing system so that the area below could be dry. The job was completed to our satisfaction within the quoted price. On one of the decks we discovered a leak 7-8 months later, due to faulty instructions from the manufacturer, but Regional came out and rebuild the whole deck and fixed the problem, at no additional cost.

I hired Regional Construction LLC to replace an existing skylight in the kitchen and install a new skylight in the living room. Daniel and his team were professional and caring of the surroundings as they worked. The new skylight involved framing and installing drywall through the attic space. Daniel took time with me to assure the placement was just right for the room. I had concerns about the finished look because it involved integrating the new with an older home’s lath and plaster ceiling. The installation was perfect the skylight fits beautifully, inside and outside, with the style of my home. Daniel is an excellent craftsman.

Daniel’s first work for us was in 2017, renovation of an upstairs bathroom. The room is small but the job called for skills across a wide range, from plumbing and electrical to sheet rock and finish carpentry and painting. We were so impressed by the quality of the outcome that the following year we hired him to remodel two additional rooms on the second floor. We couldn’t be happier with results. He is a conscientious and talented professional and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
